World Economic Forum Report Available
Currently in New York for World Economic Forum (WEF) meetings on Sustainable Consumption and Smart Cities we are able to provide you with the WEF report on the global status of the financing of retrofiting existing buildings.
Walker EcoStrategies Director Roger Walker was a contributor and assisted with the report and we look forward to the WEF presentation of the report in Sydney this November.
The work Walker EcoStrategies undertakes with the World Economic Forum is as an invited expert and on a voluntary basis.

'Building Better Returns' - Report Released
As the Independent Chair of the Building Better Returns Steering Committee, Roger Walker of Walker EcoStrategies has played a pivitol role in the development of this study into the Financial Performance of Green Office Buildings in Australia.
Research commissioned by the Australian Property Institute (API) and the Property Funds Association of Australia (PFA) is the first major Australian study to assess the added value of green office buildings in their financial performance.
The research was undertaken by the University of Western Sydney (UWS) and the University of Maastricht, Netherlands in conjunction with Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE.
The report identifies the future challenges and opportunities for the green office building agenda in Australia and provides the economic rationale for sustainable property investment and development. To download the
