We have developed strategies for the uptake of sustainable improvement in our society, some of these are outlined below.
Our strategies are developed for specific client needs and also for the general uptake of sustainable delivery in the market.

 

 

 

Roger Walker developed and oversaw the delivery of this strategy for Local Government Super’s commercial portfolio.

Delivery of this strategy was awarded the NSW Government Commercial Property Green Globe in 2009.

 

 

 

Roger Walker was engaged and completed the inaugural Environment Sustainability Policy for the Sydney Opera House which included the targets and a short term and long term implementation plan integrated into the budget setting process.

 

 

 

 

Roger Walker works with government groups and industry groups voluntarily and in 2008 was recognised for his operational delivery and community contribution with the Individual Sustainability Champion NSW Government Green Globe Award. Roger continues his voluntary work with government and industry groups.

 

 

 

Previously Roger Walker was the National Operations Manager at Singtel Optus. The Corporate Environment Operations Strategy included introduction of 50% offsetting of tenancy emissions, improvement in workplace IEQ whilst reducing office lighting energy use by over 50%, recycling over 90% of waste at Optus Macquarie Park Campus and the work was awarded the Commercial Tenant NSW Government Green Globe Award in 2008. The strategy was delivered with budgets remaining the same for three years.
